Patchhouse ensures our customers that their orders are delivered on time when they need it and where they need it. The following policy describes how we process our deliveries.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. ) The customer must agree that the delivery details and address that they provide as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct.
  2. ) Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
  3. ) We have the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details entered by the client but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
  4. ) In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, we have the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
  5. ) If a delivery is late, we will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
  6. ) If the product is not delivered, we will replace the ordered product with one of the same type or value either which being at our discretion.
  7. ) We reserve the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to our corporate policies.
  1. ) Stock items are normally dispatched within three (3) business days from when they were processed. Custom orders/products vary from order to order, if unsure about manufacturing lead times please contact us first prior to ordering. Shipping to International destinations may vary and is in the hands of the international courier, please allow ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days from dispatch date for delivery.
  2. ) Shipping rates depend on destination and amount of your order. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order, you will be presented with the shipping options and charges for your order.
  3. ) All orders are processed in our access controlled warehouse by our highly trained staff to ensure that your products arrive to your doorstep as quickly as possible. We take the utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped and sealed to prevent leakage or breakage.
  4. ) When calculating delivery times, bear in mind that the day of shipment does not count as a business day in transit time. Orders placed after on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  5. ) If you need your order by a specific date please contact us prior to ordering.
  6. ) For shipment within the United States we use USPS or DHL for express delivery, for shipments to other destinations we will use postal service or DHL for express delivery.
  7. Note: We will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as storms, earthquakes, flood, nor if the cause of the delay is through the negligence of our couriers. Our duty after the orders have been dispatched from our warehouse is to follow-up with the assigned courier.
